The Tuna Varieties are sandwiches made with tuna fish. In some locales, an entire tuna filet may be used. Among the lower-middle class and bachelor populations, this wich usually consists of 1 can of tuna and one packet of mayonaisse on white bread.
The Japanese also enjoy tunafish sandwiches, but they wrap theirs in rice and seaweed instead of bread.
